Trained in tropical marine ecology and fisheries biology to the Masters degree level, Kim specialises in the science and management of tropical coastal ecosystems. He has held research and management positions with the Government of Cambodia, and was previously the Focal Point for the coral reef and seagrass sub-components of this project in Cambodia. Prior to joining the PCU in June 2005, Kim was working on a UNDP supported project.
